Jairo A. Duarte
Dedicated to working to develop his community, Mr. Duarte is a business owner, highly experienced electrician and instructor, who brings his experience to the Tesla Training Center (TTC). He is instrumental in the development and growth of TTC.

Carlos Vazquez
Director/Owner/Instructor
Experienced electrician, business owner, instructor, and community supporter. Professionally and safely installs large corporate and residential electrical projects. Instrumental in developing the careers of new electricians.
Director of Operations
Noe Vazquez
Noe Vazquez is a recent graduate from Roosevelt University where he majored in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Biology. Now he is pursuing a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at his alma mater. He hopes to use clinical lab work and academic knowledge to improve the quality of life in misrepresented communities by educating people.
Electrical Instructor
Alex Sanchez
​Alejandro Sanchez is an accomplished licensed electrician and journeyman. He brings detailed
knowledge of the electrical field to TTC in every class he teaches. Mr. Sanchez has trained
many new trade employees in the proper and safe methods that must be utilized in the field. Mr.
Sanchez is committed to every student's success.
Fernando Saucedo
HVAC/R Instructor
Mr. Saucedo brings his decades of experience as a building engineer and instructor to the Tesla Training Center. He has extensive knowledge of the HVAC/R and Electrical fields. Mr. Saucedo has trained many new trade employees in the proper and safe methods that must be utilized in the field.
Mr. Saucedo conducts training in both English and Spanish at the Tesla Training Center. He is a firm believer in continuous education.

David Williams
Mr. Williams is a highly knowledgeable electrical professional with decades of experience in estimating, managing, field service projects, PLC's and blueprint reading, Mr. Williams is a motivated leader with strong organizational abilities.
Ms. Hanson has decades of experience teaching and administrating career education courses. She developed educational and training programs, seminars and workshops, collateral study materials, assessment tools, and institutional best practices. Ms. Hanson has demonstrated the ability to apply principles of adult learning, learning styles, and various instructional design approaches and processes to the learning content.

Alessandra Martinez
Alessandra P. Martinez has been a professional spokesperson for several nonprofit organizations. Alessandra is committed to listening to TTC students, finding options and solutions so that the students can finish their training at TTC. Alessandra's organization skills and willingness to work on a task until it finished make her a key team member of the TTC team. Alessandra does all of this with genuine kindness and happiness.

Mr. Gonzalez is a seasoned Director of Admissions with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in student recruitment. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives to
increase enrollment, enhance student diversity and inclusion, streamline processes, and ensure
compliance with regulatory standards. Mr. Gonzalez is dedicated to working with TTC students in a compassionate and ethical manner.
​A seasoned professional, Ms. Marquez has worked with several organizations to modify and
streamline business and workforce solutions. A graduate of Robert Morris University and the
Keller Graduate School of Management, she is leveraging her experience and associations to
provide a highly energetic and strategic career services department for TTC.
​Elizabeth Petrucka is an experienced customer service provider with strong problem-solving
skills. A graduate of the University of Utah, she has become instrumental in the day-to-day
operations of TTC, working closely with the Facilities Director. In addition, Elizabeth is
responsible for testing students for NCCER certification.

​Katherinn Heredia
Katherinn has experience in taking on tasks, organizing and streamlining the work to better an organization. Katherinn has studied business topics including content and digital marketing. At TTC. Katherinn’s primary responsibility is to track attendance and speaking with students who are having difficulty attending class. Katherinn is a problem solver who takes on new
responsibilities tasks, making TTC a better organization.
